Brief

Design an HR application for Reliance Nippon Life Insurance. Since all internal

application were. accessed, separately. There was a need for a unified HR access

portal for handheld devices. This will help all application to be used under one

umbrella portal, and user will have seamless user experience with single design

language. This application will also have features like attendance, check in, check

out so the user can keep a track of their mentees time at office.

About

Shalini is working as an HR professional for 7 years. She handles tasks likes

employee reports, recruitments, attendance management, leaves, achievements,

benefits, etc. She deeply cares about her reportees and assists them whenever

they need and wants to leave a positive impact on them.

Frustrations

Finds it difficult and time consuming to keep track of reportee information.

Difficulty in monitoring work hours, leaves, etc

Has to access all the internal applications separately.

Loses data because of lack of management.

Goals
