Description

OneStop is an enterprise level application that is ideated, designed and

developed to save time, reduce manual effort and ensure a singular platform for

all its tasks. This application is created for users that carry out SOX compliance.

The tasks that were essential for them included – validation process, status

updates, evidence management, reporting, self guidance, etc. This application

was developed on Power Bi and Power Apps.

Problem Statement

The existing process for sox compliance is manual and time taking. It uses

multiple platforms to carry out all the controls. It lacks status updates,

reporting and self guidance for new users to understand the process and

controls.

About

Ajay has 5+ years of experience working in financial auditing, risk management,

internal controls, etc. He aims at improving processes and mitigating risk. He has a

group of trainees under him that get trained by him. He is very dedicated in his work

and excels in problem solving and analytical thinking.

Frustrations

Has to read through multiple emails to find evidences.

The entire process is manual, has to validate the controls manually which is

prone to mistakes.

Need to follow up with multiple people for status updates.

It becomes difficult and tedious to get a new user onboarded as there is no-self

guidance for new users.

Mark is the Compliance Manager with 15+ years of experience. He leads the risk

management and internal auditing for this company. He excels in risk management,

team progress, collaboration and exhibits great leadership qualities. Mark has a

good technical background and wants to advance the current compliance process.

Frustrations

The current process is slowing down the work and efficiency of my team.

Lacks proper tagging, it is difficult to get hold of necessary stakeholders when required.

It becomes difficult to get a new user onboarded as there is no-self guidance for new users.
